The Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to cultivate our relationships with customers and serve as a subject matter and product expert. You will act in a consultative capacity to solve customer-specific business problems, develop a deep understanding of their requirements, increase engagement across different business lines, and drive the adoption of our product suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive industry presence and visibility as a brand ambassador for TradingHub
  • Establish and maintain deep partnerships with key decision-makers while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos to inform and tailor the selling process
  • Empower customers to benefit from internal resources, including regulatory insight and knowledge gained through delivering solutions to peers
  • Identify customer-driven product development opportunities where TradingHub can deliver best-in-class services
  • Collaborate with marketing to participate in targeted events such as RegHub
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead acquisition to deal closure
  • Drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
Main Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of capital markets, particularly fixed income or commodities
  • Exhibit expertise in regulatory matters, focusing on market compliance, market integrity, and MAR
  • Display a good understanding of the trade surveillance landscape, including competitor offerings and regulatory relationships
  • Possess exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
  • Show ability to develop and implement effective strategies, set ambitious targets, and achieve business objectives
  • Excel at stakeholder management, persuading senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate resilience and a hunger to succeed as a self-starter
  • Show comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel in verbal and written communication
