About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Product Manager to drive company growth by developing and integrating strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through seamless, deeply integrated experiences.

Job Description

This is a 12-month contract role reporting to our Group Product Manager for Growth Group. Your focus will be on building and fostering strong relationships with strategic partners and internal teams, setting clear expectations for the Partner Product. You will become a subject matter expert for the Partner Product, defining Cashrewards' long-term strategy and roadmap that aligns with the growth area of Cashrewards, and broader product strategy & roadmap.

Your Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and strategic partners, leading strategic partner discussions and balancing short-term business priorities with long-term opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer experience and technical capabilities, ensuring we deliver incredible product experiences for our partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to launch, drive engagement, and enhance new and existing strategic partnerships, while managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Own and drive trusted partnership relationships to work towards achieving mutual business objectives, identify new joint strategic opportunities informed by the partnership performance and customer data, then coordinating with engineering to build and launch new features and enhancements to optimise partner performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong prioritisation skills to balance short-term business priorities with longer-term strategic opportunities.
  • Technically proficient to validate and articulate technical requirements for Partner Product integrations with engineering teams internally and with partners.
  • An analytical mindset, able to turn insights into actions and influence others.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for innovation and experimentation.
