About the Opportunity
Melbourne and Olympic Parks (M&OP) is an iconic, multi-venue precinct showcasing Melbourne to the world during the Australian Open. We deliver hundreds of entertainment, sporting, and community events each year across our world-class venues.
We're seeking a Workforce Planning & Development Strategist to join our People & Culture team, responsible for planning, leadership, development, and effectiveness of our event delivery workforce.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader who brings value and expertise in large-scale workforce planning and operations. Your strength of knowledge in employee and industrial relations frameworks will set you up for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the workforce planning strategy for M&OP's event workforce, aligned to the company's strategic plan and business objectives.
- Oversee scheduling processes for the event workforce, ensuring our technology solution delivers our needs and is embedded successfully in day-to-day processes.
- Contribute to designing and implementing a best-in-class People Experience Strategy that focuses on attracting and retaining a world-class team.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Melbourne and Olympic Parks offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
