Workforce Planning Manager

About the Role
Melbourne & Olympic Park is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and developing our event delivery workforce to deliver world-class outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and development for the Event Workforce (~800 casual employees) to ensure alignment, engagement, and delivery to world-class standards.
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose performance and capability framework for the Event Workforce.
- Lead the development and implementation of the workforce planning strategy for M&OP's event workforce, aligned to M&OP's strategic plan and business objectives.
- Oversee the scheduling processes for the event workforce, ensuring our technology solution delivers our needs and is embedded successfully in day-to-day processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a best-in-class People Experience Strategy that focuses on attraction and retention of a world-class team.
