The Role

We're seeking a Workforce Planning and Scheduling Expert to support our Workforce Planning function within Customer Operations. As a key member of our team, you'll establish an efficient and effective rostering model for multiple teams and channels across Sportsbet.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building demand, efficiency, and shrinkage forecasts using historical data and trends
  • Schedule build and roster management for frontline teams
  • Accurate forecasting and schedule planning to meet service performance targets
  • Analyzing performance data to understand trends and patterns
  • Providing insights to stakeholders on performance and improvement opportunities
  • Reporting on productivity measures such as occupancy, adherence, efficiency, and cost optimization

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce-related disciplines in a contact centre environment
  • Direct experience with workforce management systems and forecasting/resourcing methodology
  • Ability to build technical integrations between operating systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
