The Role
We're seeking a Workforce Planning and Scheduling Expert to support our Workforce Planning function within Customer Operations. As a key member of our team, you'll establish an efficient and effective rostering model for multiple teams and channels across Sportsbet.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building demand, efficiency, and shrinkage forecasts using historical data and trends
- Schedule build and roster management for frontline teams
- Accurate forecasting and schedule planning to meet service performance targets
- Analyzing performance data to understand trends and patterns
- Providing insights to stakeholders on performance and improvement opportunities
- Reporting on productivity measures such as occupancy, adherence, efficiency, and cost optimization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce-related disciplines in a contact centre environment
- Direct experience with workforce management systems and forecasting/resourcing methodology
- Ability to build technical integrations between operating systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
