Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting workforce needs, creating scheduling strategies, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and forecast workforce requirements based on business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage while controlling labor costs
  • Collaborate with department managers to adjust schedules based on changing requirements
  • Prepare reports on workforce metrics, including utilization and efficiency
  • Recommend process improvements based on data insights
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

About You:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource management
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly regarded
