About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional who can analyze workforce data and external talent trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills to present insights to senior leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics, creating and updating workforce plans to forecast future talent needs and costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive commercially sound decisions and contribute to Origin's success in leading the energy transition through cleaner energy and customer solutions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in workforce planning, HR, or data analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, economics, human resources, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
