Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of JATTS Capability Steward. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the capability definition, business planning, and asset management of Defence's JATTS Capability. This is an exciting program of work, at the leading edge of training the ADF and providing niche services to the Defence customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the JATTS Capability Life Cycle, encompassing needs identification, requirements definition, project management, integrated logistics planning, and asset management services.
* Lead the JATTS capability on behalf of Defence to achieve Best for Defence outcomes and stakeholder relationship management.
* Coordinate capability for both new capability deliverables and sustainment of in-service products to meet operational needs of the Defence Capability Managers.
* Support the program delivery of all activities associated with integration, coordination, delivery, and operation of systems required to meet relevant Capability Product and Project Agreements.
* Support the relevant CASG Enterprise Program Office through execution of Defence capability business management functions.
* Project risk and issue management at both the company and JATTS enterprise level in collaboration with the JATTS program team.

Requirements:

* Degree qualified in business, engineering, logistics, and/or project management disciplines or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Defence project management or Capability Management role.
* Understanding of Defence Capability Life Cycle management and demonstrated experience in managing Defence Capability projects or products.
* Proven experience in the coordination or control of Defence Capability projects or products in a CASG System Program Office or Defence formation headquarters environment.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, to organise, prioritise, and schedule work assignments.
* Proven understanding of the Defence training environment, including force generation, exercise management, and training.
* Ability to meet the requirements of Raytheon certified PM Leading, with the ability to work towards a level 3 within the first 18 months.
