Senior Regional Business Development Manager



Career Opportunity: CSG Talent seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Business Development Manager for our Tasmanian office. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Key Account Management and Business Development, with the ability to work independently and manage their own schedule to drive results. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies to address regional challenges such as weather conditions and construction downtime.



This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including company car, fuel card, laptop, and phone. You will also enjoy employee discounts, cashback offers, and other exclusive benefits.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming the go-to contact for all project needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities by meeting site supervisors, secondary contacts, and cold-calling on construction sites, and researching future projects and market trends.
  • Autonomy & Fieldwork: Operate independently as the sole representative in Tasmania, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and approach.
  • Strategic Role: Implement strategies to address regional challenges, focus on networking, enhancing the company's local reputation, and building trust within the community.
