Position Overview

Are you an ambitious sales professional with a keen interest in driving new business initiatives? As a SaaS Sales Executive at MYOB, you will be instrumental in broadening our presence within mid-market and enterprise sectors. You will utilize our all-encompassing employee benefits solutions to connect with, inform, and secure new clients.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and wider sales teams to facilitate new customer acquisition. Your proficiency in managing intricate sales processes and your strategic mindset will be crucial in securing new business and nurturing enduring client relationships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Outreach: Actively identify and engage with potential clients at mid-market and enterprise levels, guiding them through MYOB's sales framework.
  • Consultative Selling: Showcase our extensive employee benefits offerings and financial solutions to prospective clients, illustrating how they cater to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside the Sales Development, Marketing, and Product teams to formulate and implement effective market strategies and enhance lead generation.
  • Client Education: Employ various tools such as webinars, presentations, and client visits to inform prospects about our offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to perpetually enhance our sales strategies and methodologies.
Candidate Profile
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in new business sales, ideally within SaaS, employee benefits, or similar sectors.
  • Strategic Approach: Capability to navigate and finalize complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Pipeline Management: Experience in managing sales pipelines and spearheading lead generation initiatives.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic sales landscape.
  • Resilience: High degree of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
