In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and other sales teams to drive customer acquisition. - Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in new business sales, ideally within SaaS, employee benefits, or similar sectors.
- Strategic Approach: Capability to navigate and finalize complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Effective Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Pipeline Management: Experience in managing sales pipelines and spearheading lead generation initiatives.
