About the Role
In the position of Account Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering sales and nurturing strong connections with trade clients in your designated area. This role encompasses customer acquisition, relationship management, and operational responsibilities, ensuring exceptional service and product delivery. You will work alongside a supportive Sales Manager and be part of a high-achieving team committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline, targeting both new and existing clients.
* Establish and sustain robust relationships with customers through site visits and direct engagement.
* Prepare and deliver customized product solutions tailored to client requirements.
* Manage quoting, ordering, special pricing, and procurement for trade clients.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee timely and effective project execution.
* Maintain open communication channels to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with an emphasis on customer relationship management.
* A consultative sales approach with the capability to influence key decisions.
* Preferred background in the timber and building materials sector.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities, adept at juggling multiple projects.
* Solid business acumen with the capacity to generate detailed reports.
