We're seeking a high-performing and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Client's Business Development Team. If you love partnering with sales and have a passion for learning about BPM, AI, and robotics process automation, this is a great opportunity for you.

You'll work closely with local MD and Senior Sales Managers on Enterprise Grade Accounts, and have the opportunity to build out a national territory and be coached by some of the best in the space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound leads and make outbound prospect calls
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Attend weekly meetings with pre-sales engineers and sales reps
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Stay up to date with new and competitive products and increase market knowledge via various channels
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Business Development or Field Sales experience, preferably in a software company
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in English)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing or Sales preferred
