Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of customer success managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and growth within the ANZ market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Okta's products and services, as well as current industry trends and customer preferences
  • Analyse data insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success leadership roles, preferably in the IAM or security space
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth in high-growth companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights
  • Experience working with diverse customer sets, including small and large businesses across various industries
