Okta is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Customer Success efforts in the ANZ region. As Senior Identity Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that drives customer success and growth.

About the Role

You will lead a team of experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive customer retention, adoption, and expansion.

Your team will work closely with Sales, TAMs, Renewals, Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and partner teams to ensure seamless customer engagements. You will be expected to foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and thought leaders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CSMs in driving customer success and growth across the ANZ region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and thought leaders in the industry.
  • Analyze and interpret data insights to guide the team on becoming trusted advisors to customers.
Requirements:
  • Tenured experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of solutions-focused strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically in a high-velocity, agile company.
  • Demonstrable skills in leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data insights to guide the team on becoming trusted advisors to customers.
  • Experience driving customer retention and/or growth within a high-growth company.
