About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our Membership & Engagement team. This is a full-time permanent position that will drive revenue through advertising and sponsorship.

This role is part of the Membership and Engagement Department, which supports the strategic engagement of our membership base and overall marketing and communications strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with member benefit partners, ensuring contract compliance, service quality, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with member benefit partners, providing high-level service and regular reporting on engagement and feedback.
  • Analyse and respond to member feedback and engagement data to evaluate benefit uptake, satisfaction, and strategic approach.
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy informed by recent commercial reviews.
  • Pursue and convert leads for advertising opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Create compelling sponsorship and advertising proposals to attract event partners.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the legal landscape, developments, and member needs to inform sales approaches and uncover new opportunities.
