About the Role
- Provide high-level customer service to stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and managing incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and efficient office environment, ensuring office equipment is serviced, supplies are managed, and lost property is handled effectively.
- Operate within a secure and healthy environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of staff and customers.
- Manage databases, merge letters, obtain reports, and distribute tenant invoices as required.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and respond promptly to their requests.
- Act as a point of contact for supplier, tenant, and customer-related queries that reach the CMO.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects, including maintaining registers, booking travel, taking minutes, and providing detailed reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
- Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Excel desirable.
- Professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
