About the Role

We are seeking an Administration and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Mainfreight in Townsville. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

As an Administration Assistant and Customer Service representative, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch. Your duties will include creditors and payables management, liaising with suppliers, estimating supplier costs, preparing cheque requisitions, rating and posting, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess strong attention to detail. They must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum depending on experience.
