Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Townsville office. This permanent full-time role will play a pivotal part in maintaining the efficiency of our services and delivering top-notch administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage data entry and record keeping with high attention to detail.
  • Support the Major Projects Division by managing generalist administration tasks.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with business software such as MS Office and SharePoint.
