About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Assistant and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Mainfreight Townsville.
This is a busy role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, addressing customer queries, and is passionate about delivering excellent service and administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage creditors and payables with precision.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice reconciliations.
- Estimate supplier costs daily.
- Prepare cheque requisitions and meet payment deadlines.
- Rated and posted transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

What We Offer
