Key Responsibilities- Support and partner with existing salons to drive sales and growth

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to salon partners
- Travel throughout the region to meet with salon partners and drive business growth
- Proven record of demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude
- Passion for people and ability to quickly build rapport
- Consultative selling skills, including advanced questioning skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to calculate budgets and read spreadsheets
- Highly organized, self-starter, and computer literate
- Strong drive to succeed and ability to plan and manage time effectively
