About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Development Partner to join our NSW team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and partnering with our existing salons to accelerate their growth and success, and exploring and executing on new business opportunities throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and partner with existing salons to drive sales and growth
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities throughout the region
  • Align with the brand's sales targets and focused on sell-through solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to salon partners
  • Travel throughout the region to meet with salon partners and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven record of demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude
  • Passion for people and ability to quickly build rapport
  • Consultative selling skills, including advanced questioning skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to calculate budgets and read spreadsheets
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and computer literate
  • Strong drive to succeed and ability to plan and manage time effectively
