We're seeking a talented Partner Development Manager to join our team in Sydney and help us forge new strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute partnership development strategies to drive business growth and strengthen Lightspeed's brand in the retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify and prospect new partners aligned with Lightspeed's goals, and manage inbound and outbound partner outreach to expand our partner network.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, training, integration, and go-to-market strategies, from contract negotiation to implementation.
  • Evaluate and drive market share growth, increase brand awareness, and boost sales for Lightspeed products.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to keep leadership and partners informed.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Lightspeed's product suite, assisting partners in applying solutions for retail and hospitality operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior sales experience in software sales, with a bonus for retail or restaurant software experience.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and outbound sales, from initiating discovery meetings to negotiating contracts and onboarding.
  • Ability to manage strategic relationships across various levels of organizations, including product, technology, support, and business.
  • Good understanding of partner channel dynamics, from strategy to sales and implementation.
