Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for extending our business model through the recruitment and development of a portfolio of Consulting & Services-focus Partners.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Development: Focus on extending Atlassian's business model through the recruitment and development of a portfolio of Consulting & Services-focus Partners.
- Business Growth: Responsible for consulting, enabling, and shaping partners to build Atlassian mind and market share in the region by executing and retrospecting partner business plans.
- Expertise: Serve as in-field experts, relied upon by other areas of the Atlassian organization, including Product Marketing, Product Management, and Advocates for guidance on scaling Atlassian presence.
- Health and Growth: Ensure the health and growth of Atlassian regions, segments, and partnerships, and provide guidance to the Go-To-Market.
- Resource Management: Organize internal and partner resources to effectively expand and establish a presence in targeted customer territories and segments.
- Experience: 3+ years of managing Atlassian Solution Partners, 5+ years of working with Atlassian's business systems and go-to-market model, and 10+ years of commercial acumen developed working with tier 1 software vendors.
- Business Acumen: Develop business cases, identify strategic or high-impact business issues/opportunities, and articulate the rationale for initiating a project or change.
- Business Partnership & Consulting: Advise key stakeholders, utilize deep expertise and context to explore complex issues with partners, and provide advice.
- Account Planning: Build deep and broad connections in the partner account, create, strengthen, and protect the relationship, and develop new ideas about how to grow the Atlassian business with partners.
- Data Analysis: Guide others to collect information and analyze complex data and business problems, and identify trends and use data-driven insights to make recommendations.
- Market, Industry, and Competitive Knowledge: Use knowledge of competition and industry trends to identify the features which differentiate partner's organization from the competition.
