A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Aveda team as a Salon Development Partner on a fixed-term contract within our NSW team.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Salon Manager, you will be personally aligned to our mission and values and have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service and support.

As a Salon Development Partner, you will be responsible for supporting and partnering with our existing salons to accelerate their growth and success, and exploring and executing on new business opportunities throughout the region.

Through aligning with the brand's sales targets, focused on sell-through solutions, your key goals will be achieved through the level of support provided to our salon partners, and drive sales and growth throughout the NSW region.

The successful candidate will have a proven record demonstrating the following characteristics:

  • Success with meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and opening new accounts

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have a hairdressing, beauty, and/or sales background with a passion for the Aveda mission. You will be both results and people-oriented and always seek to increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You must hold a valid driver's license as this role requires you to travel.
