Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Winning Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building long-term relationships with major project builders and key clients.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistent engagement.
- Set project goals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Achieve sales targets, manage CRM data, and own your pipeline through effective negotiation and relationship management.
- Collaborate with BDMs and sales support teams to deliver projects seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across different stakeholder groups, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Stay organised and efficient by leveraging CRM tools to manage client relationships, track progress, and maintain up-to-date sales data.
