Job DescriptionWe're seeking an enthusiastic Banking and Community Advocate to join our Wynyard team in providing exceptional service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer interactions via face-to-face, phone, and online channels, ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Explore opportunities to find the right financial solutions that improve customers' positions, fostering long-term relationships and growth.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, balance, and administrative duties, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with your Manager and team to achieve branch goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Cash handling experience and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all transactions.
- A learning mindset, ambition to build a career in the banking industry, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and digital platforms.
- An aptitude for technology, proficient in MS Office programs/apps, and comfortable navigating complex systems.
- Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to following procedures and policies in a regulated financial environment.
- A flexible approach, ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve to meet daily work requirements.
- A genuine desire to help people, working directly with customers and as part of a collaborative team.
