About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Advocate to join their Sydney office. Reporting to and being mentored by a Team Leader solicitor, you will enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing mainly on workers compensation, public liability, and work injury damages.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To actively manage legal cases from start to finish, ensuring effective case progression and successful outcomes for clients;
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, court practices, and procedures in NSW workers compensation;
- To build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- To contribute to the growth and success of the firm through proactive case development and team collaboration.

Requirements:
- Admitted lawyer in NSW (or soon to be) with minimum 1 year+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience, including in NSW statutory workers compensation;
- Strong understanding of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation, court practice, and procedure, litigation experience, and strong communication, advocacy, and people skills;
- Proactive and 'can-do' attitude, with a hunger to further advance your career long-term with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm.
