Job Description

A Financial Wellbeing Advocate will play a crucial role in handling customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing all alerts and fraud cases as needed. They will also liaise with merchants, Visa, and internal departments to mitigate fraud and analyze transactional data to identify fraud trends and risks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience providing customer support, understanding of key current and emerging financial crime risks and impacts, and an understanding of or high-level interest in financial crime management principles.

About You

You should be available to work ~38 hours per week on a rotating 7-day roster and possess sound knowledge of card-related products (credit/debit cards, proprietary cards) and experience with Card Fraud Detection tools.
