About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Success Advocate to join our Customer Success Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver REA's long-term customer success strategy to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Be a specialist in REA SaaS products, providing proactive, hands-on support to customers and helping them maximise the value they receive from these products.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Sales to define business customer needs and success measures.
  • Understand the metrics that matter from both the business and customer perspectives and solve problems to continuously improve outcomes delivered.
  • Deliver on customer adoption, usage, growth, and retention targets, connecting to REA's purpose and strategy and demonstrating the meaning and contribution of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a customer success or account management environment, preferably in technology or media.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of improving adoption and retention.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and negotiation abilities.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience.
