Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Pro-actively connect with Premier customers outbound, focusing on building advocacy, servicing, retention, and growth.
  • Provide specialist and critical support to Premier customers who have a range of banking needs.
  • Uncover further needs for our Premier customers through detailed conversations.
About You

We are seeking individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building on their sales and services skills. You will need 2+ years' experience in banking/finance sector, attention to detail, strong time management skills, and proven sales and service skills. Additionally, you should be known for integrity, intelligence, and professional maturity, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with customers and across NAB.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a supportive work environment that allows you to manage your career, work, and life.
