The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This role is critical in managing and coordinating key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including staff movements and exits, all managed through our HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Hub
    • Streamline HR operations and communication
  • Support to HR Advisory Managers
    • Assist with projects, reports, and HR initiatives
  • HRIS Expertise
    • Manage data and troubleshoot system issues
  • Primary Contact
    • Handle team and line manager questions professionally

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • A strong emphasis on confidentiality and sensitivity in handling HR-related matters
