Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated experience in a similar role such as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or related business discipline.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an approachable and enthusiastic demeanor.
    • Ability to interface with all levels of management, including operational and field staff when required.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into tactical and operational plans that are fully implemented.
    • Good judgment and problem-solving abilities and capability of understanding the impact of decision-making on the business.
