Job Summary:
Advance Immigrations is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Talent Management: Manage the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and determining hiring processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and conduct conflict management and resolution.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- HR Budgeting: Manage HR budgets and provide reporting on HR activities to the HR director and other senior managers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
