Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Incident Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues using our in-house ticketing system, focusing on hardware or software faults, robotics performance, server issues, and robotic station malfunctions.
  2. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with on-site robotics technicians and engineers to guide their troubleshooting efforts and partner with software developers to ensure seamless system integration.
  3. High-Severity Issue Management: Participate in live troubleshooting sessions, coordinate resolution efforts, and escalate when necessary, utilizing data sources like logs, dashboards, and data dumps to identify problematic components.
  4. Process Enhancement and Automation: Contribute to process improvements, participate in internal projects, and enhance our services for customers and the team.
