As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing high volumes of calls, resolving incidents, and reporting to managers, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

You must also be able to remain calm under pressure, multitask efficiently, and demonstrate diligence in your work.
