About the Role
inforcer seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join its team. This individual should possess a strong background in 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk, preferably within an MSP environment, focusing on technology and SaaS solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day support tickets for global customers, while refining our global ticketing process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Deliver high-quality IT Support Services by triage and resolving product queries and critical incidents
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a range of systems and platforms
- Effectively handle issue tickets within Intercom
- Offer professional and empathetic support to users
- Troubleshoot issues remotely, addressing issues with Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Docking stations, and other technical equipment
- Contribute to defining regional differences in the ANZ support team while collaborating with the global team on best practices and processes
- Adhere to high-severity and Major incident procedures
- Troubleshoot server-related issues or hardware faults
