About the Role

The Technical Support Customer Service Essentials course is designed to equip technical support and help desk employees with the skills they need to excel in customer service.

This 3-hour session focuses on five core competencies and 18 proven behaviours that drive better customer experiences, as defined by the ACXPA Contact Centre Phone Quality Standards.

Participants will learn to master call flow, handle difficult interactions, and deliver clear, professional, and effective support every time.
