Damage Assessment and Technical Support Professional

Job Summary:
SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Damage Assessment and Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for assessing damage to electrical components, documenting findings, and providing technical support to customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess damage to electrical components and document findings through photographs, videos, and written notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information and coordinate response efforts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing assessment findings, including estimated costs of repairs and recommended actions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, such as engineers and managers, to provide updates on assessment findings and address any questions or concerns.
- Provide product guidance, technical support, and training to dealers and customers via various channels, including phone, face-to-face, and on-site visits.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure issues are resolved promptly and additional support is provided as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of related experience is required.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination are essential.
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written) are necessary for effective communication.
- Experience in fine detail repairs and manual dexterity are critical for success in this role.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
