The Bid Development Specialist is a critical position within our Bidding Energy & Resources Team, responsible for overseeing the development of tender responses and collaborating with the Bid Director and team to define, schedule, and collate all deliverables.

Job Description

As a Bid Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in defining, scheduling, and collating all deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining connections with internal and external stakeholders as the central contact for bid-related inquiries and communications
  • Presentation of tender submissions, including layout, graphics, and delivery of printed or electronic submissions
  • Organizing and drafting meeting agendas, minute taking, and presentation development
  • Maintaining data for portal folders
  • Meeting tight deadlines
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Highly competent writing and word-smithing skills
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Marketing and sales experience is preferable
  • Highly organized and forward-thinking
