The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in the use of our new bid automation platform, supporting relevant stakeholders and training teams as needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic team driving innovation in bid enablement. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with experience in bid/proposal management preferably in a B2B services firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality bid content and design outcomes
- Becoming a subject matter expert in our bid automation platform
- Maintaining and updating the content library and bid guides
- Training fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources
- Assisting with opportunity capture, reporting, and maintenance of bid content when required
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous bid/proposal experience, preferably in a B2B services firm
- Strong writing, editing, and communications skills
- Project management skills, including prioritisation, working under pressure, and multitasking to tight deadlines
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results with attention to detail
- Highly developed Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint, and experience in SharePoint desirable
