Strategic Proposal Development

As a key member of the Turner & Townsend team, you will lead the development of high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities. Your strategic approach will ensure that our bids are well-planned, executed, and tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of comprehensive proposals that demonstrate our value proposition and meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposals are well-coordinated and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Bid Compliance: Ensure that all proposals are compliant with Turner & Townsend's governance requirements and bid to win process.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and develop proposals that meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of bid professionals to ensure that proposals are developed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in bid development, proposal writing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in an engineering discipline, business, marketing, or English, or a related field.
