About the Role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of winning bids and providing strategic support to directors and teams.

Job Description
  • Supporting Bid Development: Assist in the preparation of bids by equipping client teams to position, demonstrate value, and understand future opportunities.
  • Collateral Development: Coordinate and support the development of collateral to demonstrate value or support positioning activities.
  • PQQ/RFT/RFP Response: Analyze, coordinate, write, and develop comprehensive responses to PQQs, RFTs, and RFPs within strict timescales.
  • Bid Forums: Support strategic pursuit planning and bid forums, including win theme development, storyboarding, and bid feedback/lessons learnt.
  • Audience Targeting: Incorporate local knowledge, evidence/research, and writing style/branding to ensure bids are targeted to defined audiences.
  • Bid Partner Coordination: Coordinate and incorporate input from bid partners, directors, technical experts, and wider teams to ensure a consistent and coherent final bid against scoring criteria.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide a structured format and text for others contributing to bid, quality assure, and provide peer review function of another writer's work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience of writing successful bid submissions.
  • Project Management: Previous work experience in Project Management or Bid Management.
  • IT Literacy: Strong MS Office skills and IT literacy.
  • Proof Reading: Proof reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, including ensuring bid compliance.
  • Organisational Skills: Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
About Turner & Townsend

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes all relevant benefits such as annual leave, sick leave, and professional development opportunities.
