About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Strategist to join our national specialist bids team. As a Senior Bid Strategist, you will play an integral role in developing and implementing strategic bids for our clients. You will work collaboratively with our bid management team to produce high-quality content and design outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic bids for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with the bid management team to produce high-quality content and design outcomes
  • Become a subject matter expert in the use of our bid automation platform
  • Train relevant teams on bid enablement templates and resources
  • Manage the legal directories process and support the business in preparing submissions

Requirements

  • Previous bid/proposal experience, preferably in a large law firm
  • Strong writing, editing and communications skills
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and multi-task to tight timeframes
  • Highest standard of quality - an eye for design, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to highest quality results
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint desirable
