Sales and Business Growth Director for Food and Agricultural Sector

Secure a high-impact role as a Sales and Business Growth Director with Sustain Recruit, where you will lead the expansion of our presence in the Food and Agricultural sectors.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne-based team as a Technical National Sales Manager. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead a national territory, identifying opportunities within client accounts and developing targeted plans
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Service, to deliver exceptional results
- Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams on market dynamics and competition
- Promote our products and services at local and national trade shows
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets
- Experience in hardware solution selling, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in cross-selling and Value-Based Selling techniques
- Competitive salary package with commission and bonus incentives
