Customer Service Director

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to lead our call centre team, responsible for proactively acquiring customers for a range of clients. This role will focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience through inbound and outbound call centre activities.
Key Responsibilities- Encourage and motivate the call centre team to achieve high performance standards
- Monitor individual performance, providing regular coaching and development training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Review and improve existing systems and processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage the after-sales process, prioritising customer satisfaction and modifying processes as needed
- Liaise with clients regarding customer dissatisfaction and provide feedback on service improvement opportunities
- Compile and analyse performance data, reporting to relevant stakeholders within Sales Mate Group
- You possess strong human relations skills, enabling effective communication with team members and clients
- You have highly developed negotiation skills, allowing you to resolve complex customer situations
- You demonstrate a high level of personal commitment, enthusiasm, and energy to drive team success
- You are technically proficient with access to a computer and able to work from home with a suitable setup
- You are available to work Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 7:00pm, and Saturdays between 11:00am and 5:00pm
- A competitive $73,309 Annual Salary, along with short-term incentives and superannuation benefits
