Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cleaning division, driving growth, managing finances, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage financial performance, including understanding profit and loss statements, to ensure the company's financial stability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain operational systems, including process improvements and quality control measures
  • Prepare and submit quotes for new business opportunities, analysing and understanding project profitability and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated business development and financial management capabilities
  • Experience in people management and leadership, with a strong track record of team performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss statements
