About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Director to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency within our marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing operations processes, systems, and workflows to streamline campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, operations, and legal, to gather input, align priorities, and secure resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to manage relationships, and ensure deliverables meet Accoravillage brand standards and timelines.
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation for marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and maximising ROI.
  • Implement marketing performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimisation, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in marketing operations, project management, or related, preferably within the retail or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and proven problem-solving capabilities.
