Job Title: Director Clinical Hub
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Clinical Hub, responsible for the performance, planning, and operations of the QAS Clinical Hub.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and oversight of an integrated team of healthcare clinicians, including Medical Officers, Clinical Nurses, Mental Health Clinicians, Social Workers, Paramedics, and co-located Hospital and Health Service Clinicians.
- Performance Improvement: Drive and influence change to statewide service delivery systems, increasing responsiveness to the needs of patients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance and efficiency of the Clinical Hub.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Financial Management: Interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
- Qualifications: Proof of qualification/s and current registration as a Health Care Practitioner under the National Scheme, as determined by AHPRA.
- Travel Requirements: The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
- Vaccination Requirements: It is an express condition of employment for all people who are to perform roles with direct patient contact to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following infectious diseases during their employment: Diphtheria; Tetanus; Pertussis (Whooping Cough); Hepatitis B; Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR); Varicella (Chickenpox); Influenza.
- Work Arrangements: Position may require participation in shift work (including weekends) and on-call duties.
