HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the ANZ market. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads and drive sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Representatives to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls.
  • Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives and Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume and outbound sales role.
  • Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
  • Technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious.
  • Proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality, and a strong growth mindset.
