Job Title: Business Development Representative

RWDI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand RWDI's client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell RWDI's services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and technical teams, to develop and execute sales campaigns and proposals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Represent RWDI at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential clients and partners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
